The Nosh team and advisors, who include food tech industry titans, economists, and academics have managed to overthrow food delivery leaders in Colorado and are continuing to decententralize the network as they grow to new regions. Nosh is led by Mike Perhats and Gleidson Gouveia. Gleidson started the first ever restaurant owned and operated food delivery service, overthrowing incumbents in Iowa City. Mike led engineering teams on novel food delivery and social commerce products in Miami at Palette, a social commerce food delivery company.
